2. Services Provided

Sahara Sourcing provides career coaching services, including but not limited to:

• 1-on-1 interview coaching (four-session program or single sessions)

• Resume & LinkedIn profile review

• Skill development guidance (coming soon)
  Our services are not job placement services, and we do not guarantee employment as a result of using our services.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings for coaching sessions must be made through our official website.

• Payment is required upfront to secure your session.

• Payments are processed via Wix Payments, which accepts major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Coaching sessions are non-refundable once completed.

• If you wish to discontinue a coaching program, you may request a prorated refund for any unused sessions, provided you request it within 24 hours of your most recent session.

• Refunds will not be issued for sessions already completed.

• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled session.

5. Client Responsibilities

By purchasing and participating in Sahara Sourcing's coaching services, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time.

• Engage actively in coaching and complete any recommended exercises.

• Provide accurate information regarding your career background and goals.

• Sahara Sourcing does not guarantee job placement, salary outcomes, or specific employment opportunities.

• Our coaching provides guidance and strategies to improve your interview performance and professional presentation, but securing a job depends on various external factors beyond our control.

Your personal information, including your resume, LinkedIn profile, and coaching session details, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
